We provide customers with 7*24 hours of uninterrupted service. The problems raised by customers will be responded within one hour in a way of one-to-one fixed service. 

2) Warranty

Magnetic North provides all products with one-year warranty from the date the customer receives the product.

Magnetic North Technology to provide you with a variety of services: "telephone remote support service", "send repair service", "send service" and "door-to-door service ", you can choose the appropriate way to enjoy the service.

Telephone network support service: We provide remote technical support through various forms such as telephone/network/email.

Sending repair service: After equipment failure, send the faulty equipment to Magnetic North Technology after-sales center for repair. (Sending repair address: Room 903, Building 2, Baitong Science and Technology Park, Jimei District, Xiamen After-sales Center.)

Sending service: after the equipment failure, our company can send the replacement equipment first, you receive this equipment replacement and then send back the faulty equipment, so as to ensure the normal operation of your vehicle.

Door-to-door service: the fault is more complicated, in our technical personnel in cooperation with your relevant personnel to deal with the problem together with remote invalid, our company arranged professional technical personnel door-to-door service.
